uses and its scopes:
The super high pressure
generator system can boast the ordinary water to 100-300MPa
and jet water arrow at 900m/s via a precious stone nozzle
with diameter of 0.2mm.The water arrow together with slight
sand can cut various materials.
The system is mainly constituted of super
high pressure genreator,two and half dimensions CNC machine
tool and CAD/CAM.The super high pressure water jet cutting
is a new cold-state cutting technique that sprang up in
recent years.Compared with traditional cold-state cutting
technique,it has many advantages such as narrow slits(0.8-1.2mm),even
slits,no heat distortion,no burr edge,high speed and efficiency
and pollution free.
The numberically-controlled machine tool
equipped with the system is suitable for free graphic
cutting various matericals such as plastic,leather,sheet,wood,asbestos,cementing,glass,chemical
fibre,chinaware,copper plate,bullet-proof glass,bullet-proof
material and various composite materials.
The super-pressure switch can realize the
prompt start and stop of the high pressure water. Its
closure resistant pressure can be freely regulated and
raise the efficiency to the greatest extent.
The adjust-free cutting head is one of the
most effective cutting heads in the world, possessing
high machining precision, simple and reasonable structure.
The cutting head can automatically rectify the eccentricity
caused by installation and save time and greatly raise
the cutting capability.
